Job Description

Do you want to help create the life-changing difference for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment coordinator at SiS is a meaningful role. The foundation of our treatment work is to motivate people towards new and less destructive ways of living. You will work in a team of dedicated colleagues, and with your combined expertise, you have the opportunity to achieve good results. The team, consisting of treatment coordinators, treatment educators, and treatment assistants, works scheduled hours during the day, evening, and weekends. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that clients living with us receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. You contribute to maintaining safety according to our routines and work on the department with everyday tasks. As a treatment coordinator, you will also plan, implement, and follow up on program activities. You will conduct treatment conversations and have a special responsibility for documentation and the forms and instruments used in treatment. You collaborate with various functions regarding mapping, establishing, and following up on treatment plans. The role of treatment coordinator also includes an additional responsibility for mentoring new employees and interns. An important common mission for all employees is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensuring that safety in the institution is maintained according to routines. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

Our vision is to be a place for change, and this permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitudes.

Qualifications

Your personal suitability is key to life-changing transformations. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a solid positive view of people, are empathetic, and can build good relationships. You have good communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have a good ability to collaborate with others and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues. Since you are the treatment responsible in the team on the department, a good organizational ability is required to manage the parallel processes that are ongoing with different contacts. In your role as a treatment coordinator, you will have individual responsibility for several interventions in the treatment plan as well as responsibility in the department that requires experience and the ability to coordinate that work. You need to be good at planning and structuring your work, able to work independently and take your own initiatives. As the treatment work is documented and discussed with several different actors, high demands are placed on good Swedish in both speech and writing.

You should also have:
